Sadly, as the event organiser, I have to advise you, our followers and friends, that the Ivanhoe Model Railway Society will no longer be holding our annual model railway exhibition at the Mountsorrel Memorial Centre.

For the avoidance of any speculation, I have decided to step down as the organiser to allow me to focus on a personal matter. Disappointingly, the society has been unable to muster the manpower to take over the organising role, so, as a result, the exhibition is no more.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of you who have visited us since we returned to the exhibition calendar in 2019, after a 25 year absence. I would also like to thank all of the traders, demonstrators, layout owners, and other clubs and societies who have supported us throughout, making the exhibition the success that it was.

NB: Our long-running Diecast, Toy, and Train Fair, held in January and October, will continue as normal at the Mountsorrel Memorial Centre.
